Return, Refund, Cancellation & Shipping Policy
Return Policy
Products purchased from Om Aayur Ganga Private Limited may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to the eligibility conditions mentioned below.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
- Have all original labels and tags attached, where applicable.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Include the original invoice, courier receipt, and any other documents or accessories supplied with the product.
Products that are used, opened, damaged, altered, or returned without the required packaging or documentation may not be eligible for return.
For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, certain wellness, personal-care, skincare, or consumable products may not be eligible for return once opened or used, except where the product received is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise eligible under applicable law.
Refund Policy
Once an eligible returned product is received and successfully inspected by Om Aayur Ganga Private Limited, the applicable refund will be initiated.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 8–9 business days. The amount will be credited to the original payment method or other applicable refund method, depending on the mode of payment and payment service provider.
The actual time taken for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the bank, payment gateway, or financial institution.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled subject to the following conditions:
- Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order, provided the order has not already been processed for shipping or dispatched.
- Once an order has been shipped or dispatched, it cannot normally be cancelled.
- After delivery, eligible products may be returned in accordance with our Return Policy.
If an order is successfully cancelled before dispatch and payment has already been received, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Om Aayur Ganga Private Limited ships products to serviceable locations across India, subject to courier and logistics availability.
- Orders are generally processed and shipped within 48 hours of order confirmation.
- Orders are normally dispatched on business days, excluding Sundays and National Holidays.
- Processing or dispatch times may vary during holidays, promotional periods, high order volumes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Delivery Timelines
For locations serviced by our courier partners, delivery generally takes approximately 5–7 business days from the date of shipping.
For remote areas, locations with limited courier connectivity, or other non-standard delivery locations, delivery may take approximately 1–2 weeks, depending on courier availability and prevailing logistics conditions.
These delivery periods are estimates and should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates.
Delivery Delays
In certain circumstances, deliveries may be delayed due to weather conditions, transportation disruptions, courier issues, public holidays, government restrictions, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Om Aayur Ganga Private Limited will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in resolving delivery-related issues but cannot guarantee timelines controlled by third-party courier or logistics providers.
Order Cancellation by the Company
Om Aayur Ganga Private Limited reserves the right to cancel an order where fulfilment or delivery is not reasonably possible, including situations where:
- Delivery cannot be completed within a reasonable period.
- The shipment becomes physically untraceable or is confirmed lost by the logistics provider.
- The shipping address is found to be non-serviceable.
- The product becomes unavailable before fulfilment.
- An order cannot be processed due to technical, payment, pricing, or operational issues.
Where a prepaid order is cancelled by Om Aayur Ganga Private Limited, the applicable amount paid for the cancelled product(s) will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to the payment provider's processing timelines.
